L'appartement de 110m2 est dans le centre historique de Santa Cruz de Tenerife, un quartier calme près de la Calle Noria et de la Plaza Weyler avec une supermarché et des services de base juste au coin de la rue, en plus d'avoir les transports public à 3min et la plage 10min. Il est situé au deuxième étage avec ascenseur d'où vous aurez une belle vue et beaucoup de lumière naturelle. Les trois chambres sont composées de 3 lits doubles très confortables avec deux salles de bain très spacieuses. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec laveuse / sécheuse et machine à café Nespresso, climatisation dans toutes les chambres, mobilier neuf, wifi dans tout l'établissement et parking dans le même bâtiment pour 10€/jour. La remise des clés a lieu dans le même appartement de 16h00 à 21h00, avec possibilité d'extension. Cet appartement est non-fumeur. Lors de l'enregistrement nous vous demanderons la documentation et nous serons à votre disposition presque 24h pour tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pendant votre séjour.

    Roger is a fantastic host! The flat is spacious and clean with all the modern amenities you could need. Centrally located, there is a grocery store right around the corner. We rarely had trouble parking and felt very safe in the neighborhood. Thank you again Roger!

    Rogers place is very spacious, with fully stocked kitchen, back double bedroom extremely quiet. Secure underground car parking, in a very central location. Supermarket less than 5 mins away. A perfect base for exploring Tenerife.

    Really great location. There is free parking opposite but it can get very busy but there is a multistory car park just down the road if you can’t find anywhere else. The apartment itself is great overall with lots of space and nice and light in the main room and there is a supermarket just around the corner on the ground floor of the same block. On the down side the kitchen equipment was a bit limited but ok for basic cooking and the shutter on the front bedroom doesn’t open so that room is dark in case you planned to work at the desk in there but there is other space in which to work. The communication was great and really flexible re check in and check out with no problems. Overall I would gladly stay there again.

    Thank you for a great experience with booking through you. Your response time was fast and with no effort. The general communications was very efficient. The accommodation was fantastic. The flat was spacious and sparkling clean. It came with all the amenities needed and the location could not have been better. I can recommend this place any time.

    Great location and very large apartment! We had a wonderful time at Santa Cruz. Keep in mind that the AC is not in ALL rooms but only on the living room and one of the bedrooms.

    Хорошая квартира с хорошим интерьером мебелью, было приятно останавливаться. Расположено удобно, в 5 минутах от пешеходной улицы и рядом с многоуровневой парковкой (цена 16 евро в сутки). Паркока очень актуально в Санта Крузе, в центре очень сложно найти бесплатное место.

    No puedo decir nada malo de la estancia yo repito cada vez que voy a tenerife es muy espacioso y muy bonito te sientes como en casa tiene 3 habitaciones bastante espaciosa y todas con cama de matrimonio las chicas les doy un 10 en atención a la llegado son muy divertidas y ya me tratan como si fuésemos familia😉😘

    Hello, friends. We rented this apartment with friends for three days. 6 people are very comfortable accommodated. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, beautiful and has everything necessary for life. We really enjoyed. The location is super, right in the center, near the promenade, in the house itself is a large supermarket "Mercadona". The hosts are friendly, welcoming and polite. Recommend.
